Job Description

401k Plan Administrator

A qualified plan administrator with experience in defined contribution retirement plans.


  • Loan, hardship, and distribution review/processing
  • Review census data, determine employee eligibility and participation
  • Recommend and discuss plan design changes
  • Contribution calculations including cross-testing and safe harbor
  • Asset Reconciliation/Trust Accounting
  • Perform annual discrimination testing
  • Year-end valuation
  • Complete and review contribution calculations
  • Form 5500 Preparation, related schedules, and other IRS forms
  • Strong communication and customer service skills


Job Requirements


  • College degree preferred or 2+ years of hands on recordkeeping and/or compliance testing
  • ASPPA or NIPA designations encouraged
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Relius and EXCEL
