Job Description
This role serves as the senior accountant/accounting manager/controller for multiple private entities simultaneously. The qualified individual should be familiar with the public accounting industry and have some, if not all, of the qualifications listed below:
" Process financial statements and all related payroll, sales and business tax returns personally assigned within the accounting services department
" Assist clients with individualized accounting needs and tax compliance
" Prepare payroll and sales tax returns and annual W-2's and 1099's
" Prepare bank reconciliations monthly, if needed
" Research accounts payable and accounts receivable issues as needed.

Job Requirements
2+ years of Accounting experience, preferably with a public accounting firm
QuickBooks & Microsoft Excel proficiency
Ability to travel to clients when necessary
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
CPA preferred, not required
Must be a US citizen, currently residing in the States.
