Our client company is global manufacturer of specialty chemicals and performance materials used across multiple industries. They have over 30 manufacturing plants worldwide and are currently seeking a Plant Manager for one of their chemical manufacturing plants located in Wisconsin. This person will oversee and lead all activities associated with the production effort including EH&S compliance, hiring/training/development of operations personnel, directing the production workforce, maintaining raw material and finished goods inventories, and optimization of processes in a 30-person, 24/7 manufacturing plant.

 

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 plus bonus

Job Requirements

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemistry. It also requires a minimum of 6 years of previous of production, operations or plant management in chemical manufacturing and previous experience with OSHA PSM regulations. Any experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
