Our client is a global leader in food manufacturing. They currently seek an R&D Engineering Manager to join their process development team in the suburbs of Chicago. The ideal candidate will have previous pilot plant experience and effective managerial skills.

As a R&D Process Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist in the research and development strategic planning
• Manage and mentor R&D process group
• Offer technical knowledge to contribute to process development  
• Recognize opportunities for short- and long-term technology projects
