·         Developing and executing fixed asset strategies

·         Overseeing the mechanical integrity of fixed equipment

·         Evaluating the impact of projects including equipment reconfigurations and design changes

·         Providing reliability input to project activities

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Reliability Engineer include:

·         Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 3 years of experience within the chemical or refinery industry in a related role

·         Safety first mentality is a must

·         Understanding of ASME, TEMA, and API codes and standards preferred

·         API510, 570, and 653 certification a plus

·         Proven critical thinking skills

·         Excellent communication and team building skills
