Safety Specialist/Health and Safety Professional/Environmental/Health/Safety/Engineering/EHS/Chemicals/Chemical Manufacturing/OSHA/OSHA-30

As a Safety Specialist job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide and promote safety expertise and practices – be site safety expert
  • Ensure safety training of employees and maintain documentation
  • Assist in and maintain safety related training programs, safety reports and action plans
  • Identify and assist in the correction of safety issues

Job Requirements

As a Safety Professional job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • 3+ year of experience in a safety focused role in a manufacturing setting
  • OSHA-30 certified
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and RCRA
