- Driving continuous improvement of plant reliability through proactive asset management
- Leading the way from reactive to proactive maintenance practices
- Developing asset and installation standards
- Acting as technical support for site reliability technicians and leaders
- Ensuring compliance with all safety measures
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Senior Reliability Manager include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Proven experience leading maintenance reliability within a factory environment
- Strong understanding of TPM/PM Pillar Tools
- Demonstrated ability to implement and train on predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, and precision maintenance
- Ability to travel
