Desk Support Analyst /IT Technician
Excellent opportunity for someone with 6+ months to 2 years of experience. Looking for someone with a solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Office Tools, Active Directory, and basic knowledge of networking. In this role, you will be responsible to support our end users with a technical problem they may come across, including, but not limited to: Connectivity, Printer Issues, Systems Upgrades, Computer builds, and overall help-desk issues. Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with C-Level execs.
You should have experience with:
- Windows Operating Systems
- Active Directory
- MS Office
My first professional position after graduating from Benedictine University was at Enterprise Rent a Car. This position was in the management training program.
