Responsibilities:
- Re-classify entries in GL
- Daily Cash Transactions
- Month-end responsibilities including reconciliations and depreciation
- Forecasting and budgeting for properties within portfolio
- Prepare monthly financial statements
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting
- 3+ years of property accounting experience
- Experience in FS Reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, budgeting
- Yardi experience preferred
