Job Title: Senior Associate E-Commerce Manager, Marketing
Salary: 70,000-90,000 DOE, plus bonus potetial.
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) Bedminster, NJ
Our client, an entrepreneurial, dynamic and innovative company that is revolutionizing the pet food category is seeking a high achieving, self-motivated Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing professional, particularly focused on E-commerce, to join its team as a Senior Associate E-Commerce Manager, Marketing. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about E-commerce, to contribute to a pioneering company and make a significant impact on business growth. This person will report to the Senior Brand Manager of E-Commerce & Pet Specialty.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sr. Brand Manager to develop and implement an impactful E-commerce investment strategy across key customers.
- Optimize plans in real-time, explore growth opportunities, and execute test & learn initiatives to drive E-commerce growth.
- Analyze business and brand performance, ensuring alignment with strategies, and recommend adjustments for optimal outcomes.
- Maintain a robust understanding of the E-commerce landscape, competitors, and key customers for informed decision-making.
- Oversee the digital shelf & brand representation on various E-commerce platforms, enhancing content quality and user experience.
- Lead the development of compelling product content, images, and descriptions for effective presentation across digital platforms.
- Engage cross-functionally with various departments including Creative, Digital Marketing, Sales, Finance, and more for strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate closely on content effectiveness, digital shelf performance, customer marketing programs, and syndication efforts.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA ideal.
- 2-3 years of experience in CPG brand marketing or E-commerce.
- Proficiency in project management, data analysis (Nielsen, IRI), and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Strong leadership, capable of independent work with a highly collaborative mindset.
- Exhibits energetic leadership, effective decision-making, and a 'can-do' attitude that positively influences the team.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as necessary.
