Our client is a global chemicals company that manufacturers goods used in everyday products. They are looking for an experienced Process/Production Engineer for their facility in northeast Texas.

As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Identify areas of improvement and implement change to optimize processes, product quality, and efficiency
  • Provide daily troubleshooting support and debottlenecking
  • Assist in the development of new products and processes
  • Become an expert in the manufacturing processes

Salary Range: $105,000/year - $120,000/year plus 8-12% yearly bonus

Job Requirements

Chemical Engineer/Operations Engineer/Process Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer/Production Engineer/Chemicals/Engineering/Chemical Manufacturing/Optimization Engineer/Production Manager/Refining

As a Chemical Engineer job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Chemical Engineer
  • 5+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience; refining/petrochemicals and chemical manufacturing are ideal
  • Must have experience working in a PSM regulated facility
  • Experience working cross-functionally with other departments
  • Experience with process improvements
