Job Description

From a seller perspective, manage all aspects of assigned sales territory so margin growth is maximized. This includes both direct and distribution accounts. 

Create value as a seller by interfacing with assigned accounts, in order to fully maximize sales

Build and maintain rapport with key decision-makers at strategically important accounts 

Develop and implement sales related actions (account planning, account forecasting, account strategy/tactic

formation, etc.).

Develop and implement ‘Action Plans’ to maximize volume / profitability in your assigned sales territory

(examples: price increase, new business development campaign, volume push, etc.)

In conjunction with the Large Account Managers, develop key large accounts within your assigned sales territory. 

Complete all tasks related to the sales function in a timely manner (sales call reports, monthly reports, expenses

reports, etc.)

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. 

Or 1-2 years of chemical sales with a business degree
