Our client is a producer of agricultural products that are sold in over 2,000 retail outlets worldwide. They currently seek a Production Engineer to add to their team at their coastal North Carolina manufacturing facility. This facility is 100 miles north of Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will PSM experience and production in a chemical manufacturing setting.
As a Production Engineer job responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Day to day operations support and troubleshooting
- Lead quality and product improvement and optimization efforts
- Report/repair maintenance issues
- Identify areas for cost savings and safety improvements
- Lead root cause analysis

Job Requirements
As a Production Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience out of chemical manufacturing
- Previous experience in a PSM regulated facility
- Experience with safety repair projects
