2nd Shift Sanitation Manager (Bilingual)
Responsibilities of the 2nd Shift Sanitation Manager to include:
- Hours are 2:45 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. – they often average being done by 11 p.m. but candidate has to be flexible enough to stay till 12:30 a.m.
- 30 sanitation employees and 5 maintenance employees report into this role
- Direct and coordinate daily operations of sanitation
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times. Work with production manager to ensure proper employee participation
- Provide training and educational materials to staff as necessary
- Monitor compliance to GMPs, manufacturing, and safety policies
- Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Technical Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED preferred
- Able to work with numbers
- Ability to regularly lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
- Languages – Spanish (Required); English (Required)
