401(k) RELATIONSHIP MANAGER/Financial Planner

  • Conduct education and enrollment meetings to institutional retirement plan clients (group and 1:1)
  • Manage relationships and facilitate retirement education for financial wellness and independence
  • Identify new business opportunities

401(k) RELATIONSHIP MANAGER/Financial Planner

  • 3+ years strong ERISA knowledge
  • FINRA licensing (Series 7, 65) or the ability to obtain within the first four months of hire
  • Ideal candidate will have CFP designation
  • Strong presentation skills for group and 1:1 education meetings
  • Ability to identify and facilitate rollover business
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (primarily within driving distance)
  • Candidate must be mature and polished with the ability to establish trust quickly and maintain relationships
