Salary: Depends on experience $120K-$140K
Our client, a full service marketing agency, focused on collaborative efforts, is seeking an Account Director to lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring strategic alignment. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing teams, budgeting, and driving long-term business growth.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise in market understanding, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Qualifications:
- At least 13 years of relevant experience in agency or brand management roles
- Proven success in developing and executing holistic strategic plans
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Demonstrated understanding of emotional context and motivations of target markets
- Experience leading kickoffs, creative reviews, and client engagement sessions
- Capability to manage external vendors and support project leads
- Participation in internal committees and new business pitches
- Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
