Our client, a gaming and technology- focused advertising agency is seeking an Account Director preferably, with previous experience working with clients in the gaming industry. This agency works on a variety of technology, entertainment, and gaming clients. Therefore, this person should also consider themselves an avid gamer.  They are seeking someone who is passionate about these industries and is eager to share their knowledge and experience with the team.

In this role, the Account Director will

  • Own key client relationships and oversee the team of account professionals to ensure that client expectations are exceeded
  • Mentor and coach the account team under you
  • Lead and develop integrated campaigns and oversee production to bring campaigns to life
  • Develop partnerships with clients to craft their marketing and advertising strategies
  • Actively pursue organic growth opportunities
  • 7-9+ years’ experience in an adverting agency in an account role
  • Master the balancing act of managing both clients and internal business to foster optimum success
  • Fluent in digital, social, video, and mobile production
  • Previous experience working with gaming clients/ accounts or within the gaming industry
