Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist or an Account Manager with experience in personal or commercial insurance lines.

Our ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience using AMS360 and EZlynx software
  • Experience working on accounts from carriers such as Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Guardian, Safeco, Hanover, etc 

These are ideal, but not necessary. This role is open to any type of tenured individual, from early career to near retirement, but MUST have a passion for client service.

Compensation:

  • $60K-80K
  • possibly more depending on experience and expertise in the CSR systems mentioned above

Location:

  • Skokie, IL
  • Must be able to commute to the office at least 4 days a week
