Job Description:

A Strategic Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative strategies across client accounts. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the seamless delivery of top-tier campaigns across various media channels, including programmatic, search, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on client accounts, fostering strong relationships with client contacts while adhering to set budgets and timelines.
  • Cultivate collaborative partnerships with clients, acting as an integral part of their team to ensure all activities align with their overarching objectives.
  • Collaborate internally to produce insightful Quarterly Business Reviews that offer strategic value to your clients.
  • Design and implement cutting-edge, large-scale paid campaigns across diverse platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Supervise operational teams responsible for campaign placement, optimization, testing, and execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and contractual obligations.
  • Develop processes, structures, and services that enhance value for our clients, ensuring a superior client experience with RTA.
  • Identify and present new growth opportunities and innovative ideas to drive development in paid channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously expanding your knowledge and bringing fresh insights to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Background in performance marketing with hands-on experience in campaign activation.
  • 4+ years of paid advertising experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven success in managing social, programmatic, and search campaigns.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, meeting key objectives and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in website and lead analytics tools like UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Ad platform certifications and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Organized, flexible, and capable of transitioning seamlessly between projects.
  • Independent worker with a strong team spirit and a passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating SEM reports and analyzing data effectively.
