Salary: The salary range for this role is $100K-125K. Pay is dependent upon many factors ranging from experience, training, transferable skills, and business needs. The pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

This is a medium-sized agency with a stellar reputation for our work in creative, strategic planning, media, public relations, and digital solutions. They specialize in delivering creative and strategic solutions to a diverse range of clients. With a proven track record and a passion for pushing boundaries, they are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor with healthcare and/or health systems experience to join its team and contribute to continued success.
Position Summary:
As an Account Supervisor, the ideal candidate will be a key player in our client services team, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and driving successful advertising campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency setting. Ideal candidates will have healthcare or health system experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies that align with clients' objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering on financial targets.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic recommendations.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior account team members, fostering their growth and development within the agency.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results-driven advertising campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
