Title: Account Supervisor

Location: Madison, WI – hybrid 3 days in office

Salary: DOE $90K- $110K

As an Account Supervisor at our agency, you'll be the ultimate champion for our clients, leading the charge to deliver exceptional service and groundbreaking campaigns. You'll oversee client accounts, build strong relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for all their needs. From brainstorming sessions to campaign execution, you'll work closely with our talented team to bring our clients' visions to life and exceed their expectations every step of the way. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of account executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and deliver outstanding results for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and strategic partner to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and media to develop integrated campaigns that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform client strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within an advertising agency or related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering integrated advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for developing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
