Job Description
Primary Function
Prepare and focus on account reconciliations and perform financial analyses. Assist with the Accounts Payable process, assist in preparation of management reports, review and verify accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications
Business
- Financial Reports – Assist in the preparation of the balance sheets/income statements to ensure accurate revenue and expenditure data is available for the US/Canadian business as required.
- Journal Entries - Book journal entries as required and ensure that transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with applicable standards.
- Business Process Procedures – Ensure Business Process Procedures (BPP’s) are written and current for all job functions and that they comply with internal control policies.
- Account Analysis – Perform account analysis and other projects as requested by manager.
Agility and Innovation
- Account Reconciliations – Prepare monthly account reconciliations in a timely manner to ensure internal control policies are being followed.
Relationships and People
- Relationships - Build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers that will help facilitate effective communication of business needs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
- Entry Level, Recent College Graduate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
