Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across the organization. This role will be responsible for delivering actionable financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving continuous improvement in planning systems—particularly leveraging Workday Adaptive Planning.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process, including coordination across departments, timeline management, and executive presentations

Own and enhance rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and long-term planning

Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, variance analysis, and performance tracking

Administer and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning, including model building, reporting, and system enhancements

Analyze monthly financial results, identify key drivers, and communicate insights to senior leadership

Establish and improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to increase efficiency and scalability

Support board and executive reporting with clear, concise financial narratives and presentations

Lead and mentor junior FP&A team members (if applicable)

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

5–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles

Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (required)

Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems

Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
