Job Title: Senior Accountant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in manufacturing accounting, general ledger management, and ERP systems—specifically Sage Intacct. This role will play a key part in the month-end close process, financial reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data in a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within Sage Intacct
- Support inventory accounting, including valuation, adjustments, and reconciliation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to understand production impacts on financial results
- Assist with cost accounting functions, including standard cost updates and variance analysis
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Support audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment
- Strong general ledger experience, including full-cycle month-end close
- Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
