We are looking for a motivated Alternative Investment Operations Associate to join our operations team. This in-office role requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of alternative investments, and a Series 65 license. Experience working with an RIA firm is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:
- Trade & Transaction Processing: Assist in trade validation, execution, and settlement for alternative investments.
- Compliance Support: Ensure operational processes align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Fund Performance Tracking: Monitor and report fund performance metrics to the portfolio management team.
- Operational Support: Assist with opening, closing, and day-to-day questions with clients
- Process Improvement: Identify efficiencies and help automate manual workflows.

Qualifications:
- Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a Series 65 license.
- Experience: 3+ years in financial or investment operations, preferably with experience in private equity, hedge funds, or real estate.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, knowledge of alternative investments, and proficiency in Excel. Experience with fund administration platforms is a plus
