Our media agency client, located in Atlanta is experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking a seasoned Media Supervisor or Associate Media Director to join its team! This high achiever will produce meaningful work for world-class companies distilling client objectives into impactful digital media strategies.

This person will report into a Group Media Director as well as manage and support a team. The ideal candidate is someone who can showcase their digital thinking to develop innovative and effective media strategies. 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Lead and manage the implementation of campaign strategy, planning, management, budgeting/forecasting, optimization and reporting to build the brand reach of high profile accounts and understanding of industry trends
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all client questions and requests as well as contribute to agency thought leadership with POV’s
  • Originate and manage the implementation of innovative, first to market communications plans
  • Provide leadership and management of team
  • Motivate and inspire junior team members. Cultivate growth and maximize potential of team
  • Drive innovative thinking and knowledge sharing
  • Advocate for inclusive knowledge sharing
  • Work seamlessly with internal teams- Programmatic, Social, Analytics & Search (SEM & SEO) delivering a smooth client experience and work product
  • Build and develop relationships with vendors, and internal agency counterparts
  • Stay abreast of and inform clients about opportunities and marketplace challenges
  • Train, develop, evaluate and mentor junior staff to success Desired Skills and Experience


  • 5-7 years digital media planning experience including serving in a management role
  • Proven ability in training and leading a high achieving media team
  • Innovative, forward thinking problem solver with strong strategic background
  • Strong analytical skill set and ability to translate data to media performance
  • Traditional planning experience a plus
  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of DoubleClick products
