Our client is a manufacturer of specialty engineering materials used in multiple different industries. They currently seek an Automation Director to work out of their Atlanta, GA facility. This position will mainly be remote, but will require occasional in-office work as well as travel.

As an Automation Director job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide automation/control support to capital projects 
• Manage automation and controls engineering group
• Provide automation expertise to continuously troubleshoot and improve production issues
• Manage and implement changes of automation systems
• Utilize data analysis for strategic work
