Job Summary:
The Accounting and Finance Recruiter will manage a full desk, identifying, recruiting, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for accounting and finance positions. The recruiter will also be responsible for generating new business by developing client relationships and bringing in new accounts. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a strong focus on both recruitment and business development.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage a full desk, including sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in accounting and finance roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop new client accounts through proactive business development strategies, including networking, cold calling, and marketing.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to provide updates and support throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and job offers between clients and candidates.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality candidates and meeting client expectations.
- Track and manage your recruitment pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.
- Meet or exceed recruitment and business development targets.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proven experience in full desk recruiting, from sourcing to placement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
- Previous experience in the Accounting and Finance industry is preferred.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and results-driven mindset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- At least 2 years of related recruiting or sales experience (preferred).
- Experience in full desk recruiting, with a strong business development background.
- Familiarity with accounting and finance roles is preferred.
Compensation Model:
- Base Salary, plus Commission, plus Bonus.
