Salary: Up to $100,000k+ (salary to commensurate with experience, potentially more)

Overview
Seeking an experienced Cash Balance Consultant to manage primarily small plans, with some larger plan exposure. Must have ASC experience and strong knowledge of DB/cash balance administration.
Responsibilities
- Administer cash balance and defined benefit plans
- Perform valuations, compliance testing, and Form 5500/SB prep
- Calculate contributions and ensure IRS/ERISA compliance
- Use ASC software for plan administration
- Communicate with clients and advisors
- Assist with plan design, amendments, and audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years DB/cash balance experience (TPA preferred)
- ASC proficiency required
- Strong compliance knowledge (IRS/ERISA)
