Our client is a rapidly growing chemical manufacturer who supports the petrochemical industry. They currently seek a hands-on Production Superintendent to lead daily operations at their facility near Houston, TX. This Production Superintendent will be responsible for production, projects, safety, utilities, training and process improvements. This is an early-mid career high growth potential opportunity that will lead to a operations management role in a relatively short time.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 + bonus

Requirements:
This position requires a bachelor's degree (chemical engineering preferred) or relevant experience and at least 8 years in a chemical manufacturing plant that incorporates distillation and batch reactions. It also requires previous leadership/supervision experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to positively implement change.
