·         Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

·         7+ years of relevant experience

·         Proficiency in CAED design software

·         Experience with map creation and photo imaging software

·         Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

·         Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
