Client Service Associate
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in client relations and finance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and financial advisors, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and timely responses.
- Assist clients with account-related questions, transactions, and investment products.
- Support financial advisors by preparing client reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to compliance standards.
- Monitor and follow up on client requests and account activity, escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Series 65/66 license (or in process of obtaining).
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in client service or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
