Overview
We are seeking a motivated Client Service Associate to join our team. This in-office role requires a FINRA license (Series 6 or Series 7) and offers an opportunity to provide exceptional service to clients while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and account issues.
- Assist with account openings, transactions, and maintenance.
- Process transactions and maintain client records in line with compliance standards.
- Educate clients on financial products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and maintain FINRA licensure.
Required:
- FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license (or ability to obtain).
- Experience in a client service role, preferably in financial services.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
