My client located near Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a Co-Man Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.

Co-Man Operations Manager– Reporting to the Operations Lead-Contract manufacturing,  The Co-Man Operations Manager will be responsible for managing complex projects.  The position is responsible for process and procedures as they pertain to the data analytics of co-manufacturing operations.   

• Project Management (Moderate complexity)
• Data Management of spend, KPIs, scorecards, and providing insight. 
• Managing internal processes, procedures, and improvements specific to co-manufacturing. 
• Co-Man Operations Management
• Planning, procurement, and quality leadership within manufacturing.
• Cross-functional relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in supply chain/purchasing environment. 
• 5+ years’ experience cross-functional, large projects.
• Knowledge in ingredients, packaging, quality, shipping, manufacturing and regulatory. 
• Quality Certifications (HACCP, SQF, BRC, etc.)
• Experience with Cold Fill, Frozen, Blending, and Hot Fill as well as pouches, rigid plastics, cartons, corrugates, etc.
• Strong communication and cross-functional skills.
