Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Go-To: Serve as the primary contact for your clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Advise and Recommend: Review policies and offer tailored coverage recommendations.
  • Manage Accounts: Handle endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Collaborate and Negotiate: Work with underwriters and carriers to secure the best terms and pricing.
  • Resolve Issues: Address client inquiries, claims, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experienced Professional: Proven experience in a Commercial Lines Account Manager role.

  • Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organized: Ability to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
  • Licensed: Property and Casualty license.
