Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Review insurance policies and coverage options to provide appropriate recommendations to clients.
  • Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage for clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, claims, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client needs are met and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively advise clients.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and insurance management software.
  • Property and Casualty license for OK.
