- Collaborate and Negotiate: Work with underwriters and carriers to secure the best terms and pricing.
- Resolve Issues: Address client inquiries, claims, and complaints with professionalism.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and best practices.

- Experienced Professional: Proven experience in a Commercial Lines Account Manager role.
- Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Organized: Ability to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
- Licensed: Property and Casualty license.
