Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth account management and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries and providing outstanding service.
• Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring timely renewals, policy updates, and claims assistance.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other teams to obtain quotes, ensure accurate policy placement, and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of insurance proposals to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, casualty, and liability lines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Property & Casualty License.
