Our client is global science-based company, and they are currently looking to add a Continuous Improvement Engineer to their utilities group at the manufacturing facility in New Jersey. This facility is located approximately 30 miles from Allentown, PA. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and comfortable on the floor. This is a growing facility that will offer room for a progressive career path for an early career engineer.
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead and manage site continuous improvement program
- Implement optimization projects for processes, product quality, and efficiency
- Provide daily troubleshooting support, as well as other technical expertise
- Utilize data analysis tools
Salary Range: $76,000/year - $96,000/year + bonus

Job Requirements
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Engineering
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility
- Must have experience with utilities and/or wastewater
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and EHS regulations
