Continuous Improvement Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Engineering/Mechanical Engineer/Engineer/Six Sigma/Kaizen/Chemical Manufacturing/F&B/Food Manufacturing/PSM/Process Engineer/Plant Engineer/Green Belt
Our client is global science-based company, and they are currently looking to add a Continuous Improvement Engineer to their manufacturing facility in South Carolina. This facility is located approximately 70 miles north of Charleston/west of Myrtle Beach. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and comfortable on the floor.
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identify areas of improvement and implement change to optimize processes, product quality, and efficiency
- Provide daily troubleshooting support, as well as other technical expertise
- Coach other employees on and utilize Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Manage program objectives and prioritize improvements

Job Requirements
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS Chemical Engineering or Engineering
- 2+ years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing facility
- Six Sigma training – Green Belt minimum
- Familiarity with continuous Improvement methodologies
- Any experience with warehouse and inventory is a plus
