Our client is a chemical manufacturer of a wide range of chemical-based products used in multiple different markets. They are in search of an experienced Controls Engineer for their facility near Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, problem solver with a strong background in controls. 

As a Process Automation Engineer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintain. develop, and implement control systems 
• Provide technical operational support as needed 
• Improve process control performance and keep software up to date 
• Assist on projects relating to controls/instrumentation systems and lead small controls projects

Salary Range: $115,000/year - $120,000/year plus 10% yearly bonus

As a Controls Engineer requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with an emphasis on controls
• Experience utilizing process controls to improve processes
• Experience using PLC Ladder Logic Programming GE (Emerson) and/or Allen-Bradley PLC preferred
