Our client is a global company in search of a Corporate Process Safety Specialist to help implement new programs to improve their systems.

As the Corporate Process Safety Specialist job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop, implement, and maintain PSM programs to aid in assuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations
• Identify areas of concern and implement improvement solutions
• Prepare and organize all process safety training requirements, including PHAs
• Manage reports; including hiring, training, and career coaching
• Provide leadership, guidance, support, and development of team members and PSM principles
• Create and manger process safety budget needs
• Lead investigations when process safety incidents occur and provide corrective measures

As a Corporate Process Safety Specialist job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
• 3+ years of Process Safety Management experience
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience; chemicals, refining, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and nuclear industries are preferred
• Some experience in a corporate role is ideal
• Experience with or knowledge of PSM regulations, PHAs, HAZOPs, RCAs, and CAPA plans
