Corporate Project Manager/Corporate Project Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing/Chemicals/Chemical Manufacturing/Chemical Process Engineer/Project Management/Capital Projects/CAPEX/Senior Project Engineer/Project Engineer/Resins/Surfaces/Travel/Chemical Industry/PSM/Multi-Site Responsibility

Our client is a global chemical manufacturer looking to add Corporate Project Manager to support manufacturing facilities around the US. This person will ideally be based in Atlanta, GA with travel. Remote options (with travel) possible for an appropriate candidate. 

 

As a Corporate Project Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage and lead projects from conception to implementation
  • Work closely with business leaders
  • Analyze data and make recommendations for solutions that optimize manufacturing processes
  • Provide all project related paperwork, including investment requests, bids, contract agreements, etc.
  • Conduct PHAs, MOCs, and PSSRs on projects 
  • Adhere to all site safety standards and practices

Job Requirements

As a Corporate Project Manager, job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or another related field
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in a chemical plant with at least 5 years of project management experience
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel as needed
