Responsibilities for the Corporate Reliability Engineer include:

  • Conducting reliability assessments and failure analyses to identify issues within systems and processes
  • Developing and implementing predictive maintenance strategies
  • Performing root cause analyses using FMEA, RCA, and 5 Whys
  • Leading continuous improvement efforts
  • Providing training and support to the maintenance and operations staff

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Corporate Reliability Engineer include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • # plus years of related experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies, FMEA, and RCA
  • Six Sigman Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
  • Familiar with CMMS
  • Strong understanding of predictive maintenance technologies
  • Excellent communication, teamworking, and mentoring skills
