Location: 100% Remote
Salary: Up to $90,000 + Comprehensive Benefits
We're looking for a client-focused DC Relationship Manager to join a growing retirement consulting firm. If you enjoy building long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and helping clients navigate their retirement plans, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of Defined Contribution retirement plan clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Coordinate annual plan administration, compliance, and consulting with internal teams.
- Assist clients with plan design discussions, regulatory updates, and best practices.
- Review plan activity and help ensure ongoing compliance with ERISA and IRS regulations.
- Partner with administrators and consultants to deliver accurate, timely solutions.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of Defined Contribution retirement plan experience.
- Strong knowledge of 401(k), profit-sharing, and qualified retirement plans.
- Excellent client relationship, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Retirement industry designations such as QKA, QPA, CPC, APA, or similar are preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
