Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst - Growth Strategist, you will be at the forefront of our company's growth initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, drive data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the strategic planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data analysis projects that uncover growth potential.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new markets, customer segments, and emerging trends.
  • Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand data visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Actionable Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive marketing, sales, and operational strategies for growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and track the effectiveness of growth strategies and initiatives, adjusting as needed to ensure success.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the organization, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance, to align growth efforts with overall business goals.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and reliability by validating and cleansing data sets regularly.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications a plus.
  • At least 3 years post internship experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales principles and an understanding of market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
