Desk Support Analyst
Excellent opportunity for someone with 6 months to 2 years of experience. Looking for someone with a solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Office Tools, Active Directory, and basic knowledge of networking. In this role, you will be responsible to support our end users with a technical problem they may come across, including, but not limited to: Connectivity, Printer Issues, Systems Upgrades, Computer builds, and overall help-desk issues. Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with C-Level execs. This position will be primarily based in Oak Brook with a small amount of travel to other offices (all in Chicago land area).
