Our client is a national advertising agency offering brand advertising, lead generation, media strategy and buying – TV advertising experts! They are seeking a Director, Business Development to join the executive management team. We are looking for a Director of Business Development who is responsible for driving new revenue to the agency. Responsibilities will include prospecting, lead generation and qualification, presentation development and continued follow-up. This individual will have the opportunity to drive the most advanced TV advertising strategies in the market.



  • 8+ years of new business development experience with national accounts and digital agencies.
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets quarterly and annually
  • Highly skilled in providing media and creative clients with marketing solutions, driven by data and consumer insights, to generate growth, increase revenue and reach targeted marketing goals
  • Experience developing relationships with agency search consultants
  • Building prospects/contacts through existing clients and through the Account Service team
  • Proven experience in TV marketing (direct response marketing would be great!)
