Position Description:
This position will be overseeing an office of approximately 10 retirement plan professionals. The goal is to maintain the current client base and office professionals and continue to grow the region. This person with hire, train, review, manage, budget and market the office in order to build the current business in this geographic area. This is a role for someone who has been in the trenches but has also trained and managed others

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Clean FINRA Series 6, 63, Life and Health licenses
- Ideally a FINRA Series 26 or the ability to obtain it within first year
- 10+ years of retirement plan sales and management experience
- Past track record of retirement plan sales success on the individual contributor side
- Experience with training, hiring, and reviewing retirement plan sales and service consultants
Compensation:
The position will pay a base of 120K – 135K and has an uncapped incentive compensation package that is based on the number of assets brought in every year. Average compensation is typically between 200K – 300K. The position also has excellent benefits including an expense account, travel reimbursement and other marketing perks.
