EHS Director/EHS Manager/EHS/Environmental/Health/Safety/Chemical Manufacturing/Chemicals/Engineer/Engineering/Occupational Safety/Safety Management Systems/Chemical Engineer/Palatants/Regulatory Compliance/EHS Specialist/Food Manufacturing/Chemistry/Pharmaceuticals

As the EHS Director job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and maintain global EHS programs and strategic planning
  • Ensure compliance with all company, federal, state, and local regulations
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of EHS policies, procedures, and equipment
  • Oversee global site incident investigations and provide corrective actions
  • Develop and lead health and safety training

Job Requirements

As the EHS Director job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial hygiene or another relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in EHS management in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of EHS regulations
  • Continuous growing knowledge of federal, state, local, and company EHS regulations and requirements
  • Previous experience with Lean Six Sigma systems is a plus
