As the EHS Director job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and maintain global EHS programs and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with all company, federal, state, and local regulations
- Assist in the continuous improvement of EHS policies, procedures, and equipment
- Oversee global site incident investigations and provide corrective actions
- Develop and lead health and safety training

Job Requirements
As the EHS Director job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial hygiene or another relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in EHS management in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of EHS regulations
- Continuous growing knowledge of federal, state, local, and company EHS regulations and requirements
- Previous experience with Lean Six Sigma systems is a plus
